Hallmark Crestmoor is a bunch of drama. You get a non renewal after 4 years of no problems to just because Gail is a cry baby because April didn't know how to manage. They are very unfair. I have always followed the lease. There are others still there who does not. They did a nonrenewal just because April and Mark had drama with another tenant. I live in Shadowood of Winfield and have been harassed by Belinda Dudley every since my son broke up with her step daughter. It's not fair that she's getting by with this and it's not the first time. I pay rent (on time), I stay inside and I don't bother anyone. I try to live my life strictly by the Bible and because of her person problem with my son and her step daughter I am dealing with harassment and can't do anything about it. Oak Trace Apartments landlords are so disrespectful! They enter the apartments without an 48 hour notice, they disrespect the tenants on a daily bases; they give notices on short notice and then threaten to not renew your lease if things are not done to there liking. I had the landlord slam a door in my face and called me out of my name! So unprofessional! This is my second complaint on the complex and NOTHING has been done! No one has followed up on my complaints or showed any concerns at all!
