i absolutely loved the Morrison. very few issues if any. The communication with tenants was top notch, the maintenance team was very responsive at all times. the Building is in a great location, close to everything. if i didnt have to leave Tampa for work, i would have renewed my lease at the Morrison, no questions asked.
