Fire alarm goes off all the time, including multiple times during the middle of the night. Do not recommend living here.
We lived at the Morrison for a year and really enjoyed being close to everything. There were great restaurants close by and being close to the bay and downtown was wonderful. Our apartment was great and if anything went wrong it was fixed promptly. We faced west and were constantly entertained by the scene and the sunsets. It was definitely City Living at its best!
We have lived at The Morrison for almost a year and we are planning on renewing our lease. We love it here! My husband and I both work in medicine and needed a place that was quiet enough during the day when we worked night shifts and was near places to grab quick meals. The Morrison checked all of our boxes. The apartment has enough space for us and visiting guests and is close to everything! I’ve been living at the Morrison for a few months and love it! I’ve lived in a few different places in Tampa, and this is by far the best. The location is amazing and I love being able to just walk downstairs to get a quick bite or a drink or to even do my grocery shopping around the corner. The property manager, Alyssa, has also been amazing. Always very quick to respond to and see to resident needs in a timely fashion and with a friendly positive attitude. Wonderful customer service. Alyssa was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The apartment's location is ideal. The pool, gym, and common areas are nice. However, the Morrison lacks outlets for electric cars. This was the biggest issue for me. Also, we prefer apartments that utilize secure package delivery services like Fetch. Other than that, we were impressed with The Morrison. If you're looking for a small, safe community that's walking distance to everything, this would be a great fit for you.
