Lived here about a year. New management that recently came in has completely stopped responding to emails about maintenance issues. Fire alarms frequently go off in the middle of the night - this happens once every few weeks with no word on if it’ll be fixed. Rent is about standard for this area, but some of the additional fees are noteworthy. The application fee was $250, plus another $250 for a “admin fee” (?). We lived at the Morrison for a year and really enjoyed being close to everything. There were great restaurants close by and being close to the bay and downtown was wonderful. Our apartment was great and if anything went wrong it was fixed promptly. We faced west and were constantly entertained by the scene and the sunsets. It was definitely City Living at its best!
We have lived at The Morrison for almost a year and we are planning on renewing our lease. We love it here! My husband and I both work in medicine and needed a place that was quiet enough during the day when we worked night shifts and was near places to grab quick meals. The Morrison checked all of our boxes. The apartment has enough space for us and visiting guests and is close to everything! I’ve been living at the Morrison for a few months and love it! I’ve lived in a few different places in Tampa, and this is by far the best. The location is amazing and I love being able to just walk downstairs to get a quick bite or a drink or to even do my grocery shopping around the corner. The property manager, Alyssa, has also been amazing. Always very quick to respond to and see to resident needs in a timely fashion and with a friendly positive attitude. Helped a family member move in to the The Morrison. The apartment is centrally located in "Soho" Tampa, with many restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Once we finished the move, went across the street to Green Lemon which was delicious. The apartment room layout is perfect with spacious rooms. The pool/grill area is exceptionally clean and very inviting. Alyssa, Morrison's representative, was helpful during the move-in.
