We have lived here for two years and overall liked it however our biggest complaint is the fire alarm. It goes off in the middle of the night multiple times in one night and several times throughout the year. It’s disruptive to residents sleep and an extreme safety hazard - no one exits the building anymore because it happens so often no one knows if it is a real or false alarm. If you're considering living here, be warned: the fire alarm goes off at all hours of the night and day (2 am, 3 am, 4:30 am, 8 am, 7 pm) blaring at a volume that can be harmful to children and pets. This issue has persisted without explanation for nearly two years. This year alone the alarm has gone off over 10 times causing everyone in the building a migraine. Despite being advertised as a luxury apartment, the reality falls far short. We will not be resigning…
We lived at the Morrison for a year and really enjoyed being close to everything. There were great restaurants close by and being close to the bay and downtown was wonderful. Our apartment was great and if anything went wrong it was fixed promptly. We faced west and were constantly entertained by the scene and the sunsets. It was definitely City Living at its best!
We have lived at The Morrison for almost a year and we are planning on renewing our lease. We love it here! My husband and I both work in medicine and needed a place that was quiet enough during the day when we worked night shifts and was near places to grab quick meals. The Morrison checked all of our boxes. The apartment has enough space for us and visiting guests and is close to everything! Helped a family member move in to the The Morrison. The apartment is centrally located in "Soho" Tampa, with many restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Once we finished the move, went across the street to Green Lemon which was delicious. The apartment room layout is perfect with spacious rooms. The pool/grill area is exceptionally clean and very inviting. Alyssa, Morrison's representative, was helpful during the move-in.
