This a first class facility that the public is blessed to have, free of charge, and the equivalent if not better, than any private hospital I have ever visited.
I’ve never had such a negative experience with a doctor in all my life. Meant to be doing a physical therapy class, well that never happened. When you do have a wonderful team of people you know the difference. Sorry but I won’t be made to feel bad about myself because you didn’t read my file correctly and made assumptions based on partial knowledge and not knowing or doing your homework before seeing me. My cousin was sent to this centre from Frankston Hospital after breaking her hip in a fall. We had no input into the decision and, whilst the nursing staff was excellent, the physiotherapy was abysmal. In 3 weeks she got 8 sessions only, they don’t work weekends and were spectacularly unhelpful when I tried to get a simple exercise ball for her use in her ward to do one of the exercises they had on a printout from them.
