My mum was sent here in November 2019 after being in Frankston Hospital for weeks after breaking her hip and a failing heart, she unfortunately passed away during the first night. I am grateful for the healthcare worker that sat with herin her final moments and the care she received during that time from doctors and staff.
Recently accompanied an 87yo neighbour to have her legs cleaned, dressed and bandaged. I was staggered and impressed by the staff’s care, compassion and attention to detail in looking after this lovely lady. WELL DONE Peninsula Health and all of the staff.

AVOID this place at all costs. Its filthy, mum and i both got gastro to start with. Then comes the staff that are extremely rude and totally unprofessional. The food is so inedible that my mother practically starved for 6 weeks.. My mother ended up back in Frankston hospital after falling and breaking her nose and fracturing her pelvis in 2 places whilst under their NON CARE. Not to mention that they did not transfer her medications over and I had to go back and beg someone to give them back to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
