We are Canadian Snowbirds from Edmonton, Alberta, who have owned homes in Rancho Mirage since 2013. Our last custom-designed build was a 3 BR home with pool in the Del Webb Rancho Mirage adult lifestyle community, which we moved into in 2019. Bill and his team were nothing less than amazing! I was remotely selling my home and any issues that arose Bill’s team handled over the listing period. The team was communicative after he held open houses. Each step along the way Bill explained when I was not clear. I don’t endorse many people, however the Bill Morgner Group is an exception!!
