Christina did a fantastic job helping us get our home ready for sale. I appreciated her guidance whether it was to improve something or leave it be. She knows her job well and definitely is not a high pressure business woman. I first met her in Feb 2024 and I was not ready to put my house on the market until August 2025. As an out of state seller, Christina made two sales in my Mothers estate seamless. During our initial meeting she was extremely professional, she gave me a list of what I should do to prepare the home to sell quickly and what improvements would be worth their cost and put more in our pockets.
