*What GREAT Service! What a Blessing Rylan & his business are to Honolulu. He came to pick up our moped and to change a belt & put a new tire & brought it back at the time he said he would too. We thought we needed an oil change but when he ckd it he said our oil was still clean. Other places would have still charged us to do oil change but Not The Moped Shop, THEY ARE HONEST, VERY KIND & I will ALWAYS recommend to other moped owners. My go-to moped shop. I had one incident, but it was fixed the right way thanks to the owner. He really cares and is honest and professional. I’d recommend this place out of all the other shops on this island 💯 Thank you, Ryland 🙏🏽
TLDR: depending on the person, they might rip you off as much as possible full review: My experience at this shop really depends on who’s in charge. On my first visit, I got my brake tightened and oil changed quickly, affordably, and without any issues. But my second visit was a completely different story. I went in to have two nails on my board rack adjusted — a simple two-minute job.
