If you want to pay top dollar for crummy service this is the company for you! I have had my stainless steel cooktop scratched by these "professionals" because they used a metal scraper on it. I had to pay to have the steel refinished. This is only one problem, the owner is difficult to schedule with, my house was not clean several times when they left ( visible dirty toilets).
