Don't lease unit #225 unless they show you that they installed a new AC unit! The AC was out for a month and temperatures in the apartment would easily get to 80 degrees inside. They changed the evaporator coil but refuse to change the outside unit. Even now it cannot hold 74 degrees in the apartment and literally runs 24 /7 to maintain that temperature despite it being set at 72. I enjoyed living here for a while now, but the last few months have been MISERABLE. My AC has been out of serivce for 9 days in the last 21 and the property refuses to permanently repair my AC and resolve the issue. I personally had to go purchase 2 portable AC's for $875 to keep my bedroom and guest room cool because the AC discharges hot and humid air constantly.
