Matt was wonderful to work with as someone looking to buy from out of state! I had a wide range of houses to choose from and he answered all of my questions. I ended up using a different (but just as wonderful) realtor (based on Matt's recommendation) because of the location of the houses I wanted to tour, but I'd still recommend Matt for your house hunting needs in Lancaster!
