Highly recommend Matt. It was not easy to find the house we wanted, and he was endlessly patient, professional and helpful, not to mention a pleasure to be with. His knowledge of house quality is an added bonus, as he could quickly point out the possible problems with a house, and/or what was in particularly good shape.
Matt is phenomenal! We have used him twice to purchase a home and once to sell. Each experience was truly seamless.
