My daughter goes to UTampa and moved off campus in her junior year. The Fremont apartment complex was perfect location for school and for campus activities. The Moody Group manages this complex and they were efficient and responsive. They made the move in & move out process very simple. Rent and extra charges were communicated well and easy to pay.
