This company quoted us $3,442.60 to replace the air handler on our home AC. The only thing wrong was a bad fan wheel which I figured out myself. The part was only $88. I would not recommend anyone using this company. I selected a one star rating because I was forced to. The Montz Company deserves NO STARS!!

When our technicians came out, he found the blower wheel was stripped / damaged with the ECM motor possibly damaged due to the blower wheel. Our company always recommend to replace both parts in those situations. We recommended to replace both the ECM motor and wheel, which we gave you a quote for $979.75. These are OEM parts. Poor AC install has caused months of issues July 2019, we purchased a condo in Hammond for our 3 kids who are attending college there. It came with a home warranty through Old Republic. In November 2019, AC stopped cooling. The Montz Company was hired by Old Republic to come out. Montz Company came out 11/25/2019. Advised the evaporator coil needed to be changed.
