Some waits are long... some are not. Receptionists have alot of patience. My Doctor (Benjamin Smith) has time to explain my condition and gives me tests when necessary. Overall ~ Terrific clinic. Patricia Burke
I would just like to make a comment that when the department makes an appointment in clinic and cancels the same day but changes to a phone appointment with the doctors at a specific time for a patient that is concerned about their diagnose ( yes calls can sometimes be delayed i understand !! ) but when you’re waiting for that phone call with the person that is diagnosed and that is stressed to hear what will happen and they never receive a call !
