The property was always filthy from garbage everywhere in the parking lot to overstuffed dumpsters and actual homeless or whatever they were scruffy people making us feel unsafe while they were there every night in a so-called security complex digging through the garbage! Not enough handicap spaces the doors are not handicapped accessible. Fighting with that door with my walker injured me on many occasions and contributed heavily to my need for another surgery on my spine just six weeks after my first one. My AC went out... read more

Stay away! No ac, there are drunken brawls by the pool, dog crap and pee in the hallways, you get evicted if you say anything.

the grass is greener, but not here I will list out pros and cons so this review is simple and quick to the point. Initially i was going to give it 2/5 stars but after i moved out they tried taking our security deposit and sent us pictures of a different apartment where the place was destroyed by animals (we don't have any) and wasn't even the same room due to it having different dimensions and we are still waiting on the refund. so that bumped it to a 1/5 stars. If I could rate this place a zero I would. These apartments are by far the worst place I’ve been. If you are of any race other than white do not come here or you will be a target, watched and fined for every little thing you do. Not to mention the parking, which is unbelievable, can’t believe this is an issue since we pay so much. You won’t find a spot unless you decide to come straight home after work. Do not get involved with this company. I've had 3 leases with this company. The 1st 2 I got at the same time the 3rd I got before I knew what I was getting in too. I'll start by saying that the office staff is pompous and in my experience cares very little for you once you've signed their lease. In the 1st apartment I had (Walnut St), there was some kind of an issue with sewage next door. I could smell things from the neighbors bathroom that you shouldn't smell. When we first moved into redstone apartments they were great. They had security that would walk the grounds at night but now they have security that takes forever - if at all to respond to any complaint. It makes me feel not safe here at all. And anything that needs fixed isn't getting fixed in a timely manner. We have 3 gas grills and they have been all out of order for 3 weeks now. Anytime I call the office no one EVER answers the phone. What is happening?!

My husband was transferred with his job to Nashville TN a little over 6 months ago. During our apartment search he found among the really large properties a smaller apartment community in midtown that caught his eye. I am really glad it did. The staff is all so very friendly and personable. We had a situation on one of the hottest days this past summer that we had had and the heat was too much for our air conditioning. Current 3 year tenant, the place used to be great until Olympus took over. Since then everything has gone down hill. My lease renewal went up $1,000 per month. Not $1,000 total, but a $1,000 increase monthly over my previous rate. When I went to the office to have my concerns addressed the lady said there was nothing she can do.
