The condition of the unit upon moving in has been completely unacceptable, including the following issues as of moving in: Dirty carpets with a strong odor of cat urine in one bedroom. The floors and counters were absolitely filthy, to the point I needed to wear shoes to enter my own unit as my socks would turn black from the filth. A bug infestation throughout the unit. I can not in good faith recommend this complex!!! The staff and front desk assistants were lovely but I have to ask what happens in the office in between a tenant moving out and another moving in. When we moved into a unit infested with roaches with the following appliances not working: dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, air conditioning. Along with the downstairs carpet reeking of cat urine and droppings. I will say most issues have been fixed within the first few days of getting our keys. My overall experience has been very disappointing. Last summer, the AC was not working for two to three months, and we received very little to no assistance despite repeated requests and emails to the management. Now, my dryer has been out of service for two weeks, and maintenance requests are being closed without any response or resolution. The lack of communication and the maintenance support has been extremely frustrating.
Extremely Poor Maintenance, Cleanliness & Security concerns !! Frustrated with this community - Maintenance is extremely poor, with little to no maintenance!!! Despite of multiple tickets (for same issue), continious follow up, email no resolution or even response. Residents shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase maintenance for basic issues.
