I have been living here for the past 9 months, and my experience has not been good. The maintenance service is very poor and takes a long time to fix issues. They always mention a resource shortage, but problems remain unresolved. My dishwasher has not been working for a long time. I submitted multiple maintenance requests, but it is still not fixed. Jennifer has been absolutely fantastic in taking care of the resident needs. She is very friendly and always available to sort out the issues that the residents face. We need more people like her at the front desk.
