We moved into the Montgomery right as Vesta was buying them and we were concerned because we were leaving a poorly managed Vesta property with maintenance and pest issues and a revolving door of office staff, The Erica. Things were fine here for about 10 months before they started going downhill. In January, we asked for blinds, as they stated they would provide them for free. Very quick response to a maintenance issue (less then 15 mins) and issue was fixed within 30 minutes. Mr.Hollis is fantastic!! And in general the community and staff at this location are fantastic people
Predatory team has now been put in place. 6 months after leaving being asked to produce almost 1000 in damages that was not the case. Asked for an itemized receipt that "cannot be produced".... the team was swapped around that time, and I now understand the current tenants complaints.
If I could give it zero I would they straight lie to you about the utility bill I just moved in and had electrical bill close to 500, they lied about not hearing anyone because I can hear the guy next door blast his TV until midnight horrible, can't wait to move out when my lease is up.
I came in to look at possibly renting and had the pleasure of meeting one of your employees….Hollis Tull. He was extremely helpful and professional compared to other properties I have visited. My experience dealing with him is by far better than anyone I have dealt with.
