The new front desk guy hired here absolutely sucks. I’m a guest here of à close friend and I was never greeted to be let upstairs and she had to come down and get me with her newborn child. Then whoever ordered produce it was sitting up here at the front unattended. Then as I’m being let up by my friend the guy is finally coming out and is staring instead of asking to help. Once he seen we were leaving he left the front unattended once again.
Havie been renting a storage unit from here for almost 3 years. Haven't had so many issues with communication then I have in the last month. Unable to reach anyone in anyway and had to physically go in and still didn't get what I needed. All the phone numbers ring to disconnect and no one seems like they care to help.
