I came in to look at possibly renting and had the pleasure of meeting one of your employees….Hollis Tull. He was extremely helpful and professional compared to other properties I have visited. My experience dealing with him is by far better than anyone I have dealt with.
Lived here for a year, would not recommend. They call these luxury apartments but the only thing that's luxury is the amount you pay for a mediocre experience. Tammy is not a good property manager - I came downstairs to pick up a package one time and overheard her talking shit about my apartment specifically because we were having some issues with maintenance. Smells like mold, constant homeless people in the lobby and outside the building threatening people. Smells like garbage outside due to the pile of trash at the dumpsters. Not sure if that's because they didn't pay their bill or because trash didn't run last week.
I had a wonderful visit at the Montgomery! Skye was so helpful and friendly, then Robert was a top-notch leasing agent. I highly recommend, if you’re looking for a beautiful place to live, try the Montgomery! From the brick wall features to the large windows and open spaces it’s a great option.
