Didn’t like this place at all when my mom was in the long teen care side. Couldn’t get her out fast enough. Found management and staff very uncaring and inattentive. Don’t recommend it at all.
My friend has been begging for a clean diaper for 2 hours and to get in bed. The nurse refused, too busy ..He has had the same diaper all day
My mother is living here so I go visit alot. Staff is friendly and helpful, food service is plentiful. Place was built in the late 60s so time has taken its toll. They are renovating rooms as they become available which is nice. The main rooms and outside landscaping could use some help.
Best in the west! Daily meals, activities, dedicated employees who really care for us.
