Dishonest practices, paid rent on time every month never missed a payment. Moved out and got a final pay off notice. Notified the account was paid in full and have documentation. Then 2 months after we paid the final payment they added a “cleaning fee” then never notified us that there was a remaining balance. We advised the his company of our new address AND they have our phone numbers and email contact information. Apparently they sent the amount to collections which impacted my credit score. They are still here despite having taken advantage of so many immigrant students. Lol
I’ve lived here almost 3 years and really love it. It is a quiet and safe area. The patio is so nice to have. There is a park I can take my dog about 3 blocks away that is sort of an unofficial dog park. The management has been great to me, they are willing to work with me to be a bit flexible with the lease dates and fix issues in a timely manner. just an awful awful place to live, stay away as much as possible
My son is a student at the U and we needed to find a place fast when he decided to transfer there mid-year. The apartment itself is good for the price compared to other units in that same area. Nice neighborhood, walkable to campus. Concept Management now controls this property and they are wonderful- fast to respond to service requests and easy to get ahold of with a phone call (email is another story - I think I've gotten robot responses while we were in our search process).
