I live at ****************** in *******,Tx. I referred my sister to apply for an apartment. She only lived there for 2 months. She was having plumbing issues and the plumbing company went into her apartment without any notice and they damaged mostly of her stuff. We went to talk to Mark and asked if there is any unit available (which maintenance told us there is a unit) Mark did not try to accommodate her at least to pay for a hotel room. I'm from Villa del Rio. Apt ***. Today is the 5th day and there's hole on the floor and wall. They broke an item. They left their trash at my apt. It's not safe for me to live here. I can't shower. There's a strong odor and I'm sick and is effecting my health more. The manager told me "what do you want me to do about it" I should be be paying rent until it's fixed. I'm not working rn because I'm sick and I can't even be at my own place at peace. I have evidence of everything. Pictures and videos.

This is for the property Creek at Callaway in Richland Hills. I paid 161.50 for admin fee and application fee and 250.00 for deposit. After finding out the whole office got fired for taking people's deposit with nowhere to put tenants I asked for my deposit back. That was a month ago. No one ever wants to speak to me or return emails. And they don't have a number for corporate really?

I would like to leave a review but so much had happened between April and May, it literally is just too much to type. Do NOT move to Landmark on Longmire! You will be treated horribly and there is no one else available for you to talk to, other than the two very rude and unprofessional women in the office. I have tried to get a number to corporate for 2 months now and have been denied each time. could give this place a ZERO I would. I've been complaining since foreva and no one seems to care. The people who own the apartment complex are in FLORIDA they could careless how the tenants feel all they to to fix the situation is to hire now incompetent workings from the office to the maintenance. For the price of rent they charge to live here is ridiculous. They are robbing us of $5 a month for pest control something we have nerve receive everyone I complain about it management say "we are in the middle of hiring a new pe... read more

This disgusting company will take your money and leave you in an apartment infested with roaches without letting you know prior to move in with appliances that don't work and are also infested. When you put in for a maintenance request it goes ignored for months at a time. The management and staff could care less about your issues but care only to get money from you.

The manager should not be employed to work for any apartment complex. Many complaints, in regards to mold, roaches, ceiling collapse due to water, and a fire from electrical went completely ignored, unchecked, and then us get charged for those damages after moving out. We had a worry that the mold in our apartment was black mold. We requested the apartment for a mold check, which was stated in our lease to do so. By far the WORST apartment I've ever rented. The hot water does not get hot. I'm constantly having to put in a work order for it. When you do put in a work order for things that are wrong they use bubblegum and duct tape to "fix", they refuse to actually repair things. Frankly I would see zero stars if I could. Poor management, poor maintenance and even more poor excuses.

I would not recommend anyone spending that type of money for what you get. You pay all Bill's paid. They control air and heat. It's 70 and above we on heat. The Apartments making a killing because there is noone using heat. Thanksgiving was spent with door open fighting flies. Ceiling fan fell from ceiling replaced with a light. We need all the ventilation we can get. There is never parking. Visitors parked your car on side road. It's the worst experience that I ever had to pay to recieve
