Lived here for seven years, which was about five too many, but moving is stressful and apartment was charming, and every year we were like "okay one more year and we'll finally move". Upsides: apartments are charming, pet friendly, and location is great – most things you might need are walkable. I've lived here for almost two years. I reluctantly signed the second year lease but moving is expensive and time consuming so I did it. I won't be doing it again. These apartments are extremely overpriced and they will raise the rent each time you sign. They have 18 units and two communal washers and two driers that are always filthy and broken. The turnover rate for the managers here is high so they are not very helpful. They sent an email around asking how many people are living in each unit and what parking spot belonged... read more
