I've lived here for almost two years. I reluctantly signed the second year lease but moving is expensive and time consuming so I did it. I won't be doing it again. These apartments are extremely overpriced and they will raise the rent each time you sign. They have 18 units and two communal washers and two driers that are always filthy and broken.
