My experience signing a lease with InterRent has been very smooth! Emily Horacek is an amazing leasing agent - she is incredibly responsive, knowledgable, professional and accommodating!
The management team and landlord are shockingly neglectful, showing a persistent disregard for tenant welfare. Despite numerous issues reported by residents, they rarely take action to address them. Instead, they focus on raising rent—twice a year—without offering any meaningful improvements or solutions. Security Concerns Ignored In the past two years alone, there have been more than five break-ins. I'm moving in on the 2nd of September, so far every step went very smoothly. They always replied with in they same day/hour has questioned asked, which is very appreciated 😊
