There are several aspects that have made moving here a great experience. Mike, the property manager, goes above and beyond for his tenants. I was out of town and had a package delivered so I called to see if it could be taken to the office and he offered for it to be set inside my apartment so I didn’t have to pick up at the office once I return home. I’ve lived here for two years thus far and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience! Everything is kept very nice around here and management keeps you accountable as a renter to maintain your part which I like! There has never been a time where I’ve put in a work order and it wasn’t handled within hours. The maintenance men are amazing at getting things done quickly and right. I have lived in several different apartments in the area and by far this one is the best for your money! Mike in the office is great, and maintenance keeps up with repairs and the buildings and grounds. You have in suite washers and dryers, and a balcony/patio. They have been renovated and are very nice and give you a feel of home. In the winter the drive and parking lot were cleared better and faster than the city streets! Great place to live. A great place to live. Its Quite, Safe, Family Friendly ,Dog Friendly & overall a great place to live at. The maintenance guys are super friendly and actually get stuff done & Mike the property manager is great! I have been living here for 4+ months and so far love it!
