I been living here for a couple months now, I live in building 6 and I found a scorpion inside my place by the sliding door, and I killed it and took it out cause I have 2 Lil ones, and then couple weeks I had family come visit then my niece went outside and almost steps on a baby snake. I am terrified I dont want that inside. The door jams suck on my door. Heat can come in or insects. Idk where the baby snake went. I moved in October of 2025. I did receive a move in special of 8 weeks free. Today is March 4th, 2026 Arizona state law states that rent is not late until the 5th of the month. It also states you can not be charged more than $5 per day maximum. Also, that you can not be charged to have the 5 datly late notice posted or served. The recently switch to Prism which does not accept partial payments. I typically split my rent between my 2 paychecks.
