This place is privately owned but government pays for it threw low income housing. Management is horrible and does things legally. One of the things the do is rent apartments for family and friends and not go threw the proper channels. Then government pays for them. Whenever the do audits in this building the tenants don't get to says anything. This building has so many rules they make that is unfair practice.
