I don’t think there’s a more organized agent that you can find in the St. Louis area. It’s hard enough making a move transitioning into a new area for a job with the new responsibilities, but when you add in selling one house and trying to close on a new house with a lender that agrees to one thing and at the last second reverses their decision, you need someone like Bridget Dumont to do the heavy lifting for you. Bridget was the realtor that helped me with the purchase of a new home I had built. She came to each appt. regarding the building and design process. I appreciated her being there to give her opinion on colors, fixtures, etc. so I didn’t have to do it all alone. She took things very seriously, as if she was building the home for herself. She went by the building site nearly each week and sent pictures of the building progress. She’s very kind and friendly.
1. When we looked at properties we considered for purchase, Melanie Harkey provided us with very useful comments on issues with the properties that would have to be addressed. 2. When we selected a property for purchase Melanie participated with us in our inspector's evaluation of issues with the property and how they could be addressed.
