Edit: The agent Meredith is very positive and her attitude is quite nice, so I decided to adjust my rating because the cars/fire truck noise is only one aspect of the situation. Champions is lucky to have such a diligent member in their team. Nice place to live
Living at Monroe House has been one of the best decisions I've made, and I genuinely mean that. From the moment I moved in, I knew I'd found something special. The location is unbeatable — I'm just a short trip from work, which has made a huge difference in my daily routine and overall quality of life. Moved in this past May. So far I pleased with my choice Abby was super and I no doubt getting to know Meredith will be the same! Got to know Ben of Maint, then he got transferred and replaced by another Ben, who is just as friendly and competent. Having an apt that faces the back is quieter than a front one. The only drawback is that it doesn’t get very much breeze, I noticed it in the summer heat. I've been living over here for the past year, and it's been a really great experience overall. The management team is friendly, professional, and always responsive—any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself is comfortable, with swimming pool that I use regularly.
