Moved in this past May. So far I pleased with my choice Abby was super and I no doubt getting to know Meredith will be the same! Got to know Ben of Maint, then he got transferred and replaced by another Ben, who is just as friendly and competent. Having an apt that faces the back is quieter than a front one. The only drawback is that it doesn’t get very much breeze, I noticed it in the summer heat. I've been living over here for the past year, and it's been a really great experience overall. The management team is friendly, professional, and always responsive—any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself is comfortable, with swimming pool that I use regularly. The community is quiet and well-kept, and the location is super convenient—close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit. One of my favorite Properties :) Leasing office is so nice to work with and very attentive and helpful! I highly suggest living at Monroe House!
