They work towards solutions and improvements when matters arise. Very solid place. Safe haven during recent natural disaster and health crisis. Grills are great. Pool is nice. Packages are easy to retrieve. Dog Friendly. Fun staff. Karla, Shannon, Chris, Melanie, Annie and Alexander always greet with a smile. You won't regret the choice to live here.

The Monroe is a gorgeous apartment community in Germantown! The apartment interiors are stunning and modern and the amenities spaces are awesome! Anna Lea in the office is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
My fiancé and I recently moved into The Monroe and could not be any happier with our decision. We toured every apartment community in the area and nothing compared to the beautiful building. Not only do we love our comfortable and perfect home, the staff has gone above and beyond to assist us with a smooth transition. The assistant manager Dayton was so kind, efficient, and certainly the most helpful as we have never moved before! I definitely recommend living at The Monroe and am truly thankful for the team!
