Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have worn glasses for many years, and, for the first time, felt confident in my choice of frames. Not only are they of excellent quality and style, they also fit my face. I appreciated the time spent to ensure my satisfaction with all aspects of my appointments. The optometrist was well informed on my sight issues which has facilitated my eyes being the best they have been in many years. A really great place!
Great service from start to finish!
I’ve had a great experience with The Monocle. I’ve purchased two pairs of glasses from them and also had lenses done for a third pair. The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable and make the whole process really easy. I especially love that they carry some unique brands and frames that you don’t see everywhere. I’ve had a really good experience with the lens suppliers they work with as well. Great selection & service!
So helpful and got my daughter in immediately with a problem. I will be transferring the whole family there in the future!
