Grace killed it! This was a super last minute (borderline impulsive) purchase and it would have been so incredibly easy to lose my mind or my nerve but she kept me motivated and on task. She was super responsive, constantly letting me talk through issues and making decisions, and talking me off a ledge when we were going through inspections.
