The Money Store was recommended to me by a coworker. I dealt with three or four different people in regards to my mortgage refinance. Everyone I spoke to or communicated with was very professional and friendly. E-mails were returned promptly. The whole process from when I first communicated with TMS to the actual closing took exactly four weeks. It probably would've been closer to three weeks if not for an unforeseen issue with an outside creditor. Beyond that, my refinance process was very smooth.
Bernard was very informative and responsive to every single one of my million questions. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with my decision to purchase a home because he made me feel comfortable. He was able to explain each process (sometimes more than once). He has great customer service - you could literally hear his smile through the phone. I would recommend The Money Store solely due to my experience with Bernard.
