I had an awful dragging experience felt it was a waste of time and had to call Alayne all the time for answers! She would run my credit multiple times and lost paperwork that was submitted. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional experience and I had to call repeatedly for status. Like if she didn’t want to help with the process. Honestly I rather go to a bank lender who would be more professional and be on top of things. Don’t waste your time!
