Great gym, great coaches who are supportive and encouraging, solid and welcoming community, and the ability to choose between crossfit or the other class which both run simultaneously, it's gold. Having a blast, highly recommended.
The best gym ever. I have been a member for 10 years and will not go anywhere else. The culture is welcoming and kind. The coaches are friendly and encouraging. Genuinely lovely people all around. Empowering, motivating and individualised. Absolutely love Mona gym.
Love this place! The coaches are amazing; very supportive and they'll teach you a lot. This gym has a great community, with the most welcoming training buddies. There are lots of classes on everyday - so no reason to miss training :-) Highly recommended!
The Mona Gym (TMG) is like winning the lottery, and we've definitely hit the JACKPOT. Having recently moved from Melbourne to the Northern Beaches, TMG community made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door.
