While this type of case can be very stressful and difficult to deal with Mr. Momtahan handled the case quickly and professionally. I am so very disappointed in this attorney. Had no issues cashing our check right away, but obviously he's not human. He was my mom's last hope to get a simple driveway easement issue resolved, but he didn't do anything for almost a month blaming health issues. Then the information he pulled was all wrong, and we had to correct. So what did he really do? We gave him the ammunition, and he messed it up. Slow response time. His wife is his assistant and has an arrogance that will sadly hold his business back. I am sure that he is a fine attorney but I would sadly not recommend solely based on his office management.
