Treatment was recommended although it was not indicated. Their explanation of the pretest results and reasoning for fog treatment was misleading. After doing my own research, analyzing the results myself, and consulting outside expert opinion I discovered it wasn’t needed. Truly experts in mold removal. We had a severe mold problem in our basement, and The Mold Assassins handled it perfectly. The results were beyond my expectations. They not only removed the mold but also helped us understand how to prevent it in the future. Excellent service!
This company was subcontracted by Champia Home Inspections to come out for a mold inspection during our due diligence period. They quickly scheduled an appointment and had a report sent that same day. The report came back saying NO MOLD was found. However, upon gaining access to the home after closing, we found multiple areas (windows, blinds, AC vents, bathroom, insulation) with VISIBLE MOLD in the home.
