I scheduled an inspection. No one showed. I called twice and was told the same thing, that they would get my information to the right person and that they would be in touch. NOTHING! NO CALL! NO SHOW! Why even have the option to schedule an inspection when this your service provided?! NOTHING! I am ver disappointed. It is a day later and still no call, no email, NOTHING!!
I am disappointed in how Zack made my client feel as it relates to possible mold at her inspection. She felt as though it was all about the money. We hired a new company for a second opinion and the tech stated there was no mold. Again I'm disappointed.
