I have been asking for my report to be emailed to me since December. I have called multiple times and all I get told is they would put a note in there. I even emailed the technician who went over the results with us. The company is good. And they have good reviews. But it’s ridiculous to have to keep asking for my report for 3 months and still not getting it.
