Sub Par experience with their customer service over the phone. I called one afternoon to politely ask a few questions about one particular part of the business and I was rudely rushed off the phone from the woman who answered. She seemed totally unwilling to even answer questions and didn't want to give me the time of day. The last thing i would expect coming from a real-estate company.
We were out-of-state sellers and buyers. Morgan helped us to sell property that we already owned in Arizona and helped in the purchase of a new permanent residence at the same time. His knowledge of the market and the overall process was spot-on. Since we had to come from out of state, he came well prepared for every meeting that we had with him. This made the process efficient and enjoyable. Great experience!
