The amenities are nice enough, but that's mostly because most of NYC is still stuck with 19th century design and technology, making closets, adjustable temperature controls, and a dishwasher a treat. These people do not care about the conditions of your home and will do everything they can to extract the most money out of you without taking any responsibility. We moved into the Chai and our apartment looked fine, but once we moved in, they said our four burner stove was too powerful for the apartment and gave us a hot plate for two months before they finally replaced our stove and oven.
