We toured the building with Jonathan last week and were very impressed! The apartment we saw was beautiful, and the common areas—including the package room, rooftop, parking garage, and club room—were all spotless and well-maintained. While we initially applied to live in the building, we ultimately decided to move further from downtown for more space. That said, if we were staying in the area, 163 Franklin would have been our top choice! Thank you for your time and professionalism in showing us the apartment.
I've moved a few months ago, and I can say this is definitely one of the (if not the) best places to rent for this price range in Stamford right now. The building is great, with a good location (walking distance to 2 parks or downtown area), good gym, a movie room (free popcorn and streaming services), a rooftop patio (free gas grills), and pool tables. The location of 163 franklin already makes it five stars. In addition, you get a phenomenal responsive staff, beautiful clean common areas, a well equipped gym, and a friendly community. The apartments are spacious and bright, and whether you are getting your morning workout or you are grilling on the rooftop at sunset and grabbing a movie downstairs, it's a perfect place to call home.
