I have to agreed with Bryan, I had a worker walk in on me while I was coming out of bathroom after I showered completely unannounced. It was disturbing and humiliating. As well as degrading. The worst problem about The Modern is the latern bug infestation. Many residents have complained about it. And they did nothing. Look how disgusting this is. Showed interest in renting here and got blown off by the leasing agent when I came for an open house. Never got any response or explanation from him.
Almost two years of living here and management and the building have shown time and time again about the short comings. Move here if you want monthly apartment inspections and maintenance. The management team doesn’t schedule things probably causing numerous privacy violations. We have had maintenance people walk into our apartment while sleeping.
