I don't often write reviews, but the staff at the Modern is so consistently impressive that I felt I had to write this one. Anytime something needs to be fixed or taken care of, Adam is there and on top of things right away (which I really appreciate). I'm sure that's a direct reflection of management and their mindset regarding tenants so here's to you guys!
I have had a great experience living here, but the real standout is Nicole Coates. She is incredibly professional and a true problem-solver. In a market where property management can often feel impersonal, Nicole goes above and beyond to work with tenants and find solutions that make sense for everyone. If you are looking for a place where the management actually cares about the resident experience, this is it. Five stars for Nicole!
In all my years, it’s never been a greater pleasure to live in a building handle by such wonderful professionals particularly it comes to mind is Nicole who always seems to be there and anticipating my needs at every moment.
I have been living here for over 2 years and the change in the new management handled by Nicole Coates is exceptional. She is responsive even on the weekends and goes out of her way to show courtesy to us and other tenants in the building. Adam, the new Super/Manager is awesome too. Good dude and overall good people. Thank you Nicole and Adam for the amazing turnaround from the previous management.
I have lived at the Modern for almost two years and renewing again. The complex provides convenient parking and has one of the best locations in town with proximity to the downtown area and the train to Manhattan. The property manager Nikole is excellent and any time i have asked her for something she has responded in under 24 hours! The maintenance staff is top notch and keeps the building spotless and the gym and the pool round out what i consider to be a full service luxury elevator building; wish i could buy my unit!
