Showed interest in renting here and got blown off by the leasing agent when I came for an open house. Never got any response or explanation from him.
Almost two years of living here and management and the building have shown time and time again about the short comings. Move here if you want monthly apartment inspections and maintenance. The management team doesn’t schedule things probably causing numerous privacy violations. We have had maintenance people walk into our apartment while sleeping. Moved into the apartment, flooring coming up in spots, cracks in drywall, dishwasher didnt have proper parts when I moved in, outside areas full of dog poop that nobody picks up, m... read more
