It’s gotten a little better, but still has a homeless/trash problem. Homeless people sleep in the laundry room or near it sometimes. Lots of trash is often dumped on the rocks and parking lot. Good luck getting a hold of management
The apartment is good, despite there was a hole in living room, also I pay for the parking and i was away fro a few days and they towed my car without telling me and I found out from the neighbors (they towed my car and 4 other cars! and when I called them and told them they told me contact the towing company! and yes I had to pay $200 for that. also after 6 months when we wanted to renew they increased the price by $450!
Best place to live closer to the campus. All the stores are near and the public transport is right in front.
