Kate was very kind to work with, even when she lost our first measurements and we had to come back to the studio to repeat the process. Our big problem was when the wrong size tux was delivered and she essentially told us tough luck. There were no more sizes available and she was on another/more important job (even though she outfitted MANY young men for the cotillion event we were attending.) I would avoid this vendor. Over promised and under delivered for my sister's wedding. Groomsmen showed for a fitting the day before the wedding and tuxedos were not in. She took measurements instead of fitting which was fine. I was one of the lucky ones who's tuxedo fit perfectly. Two other groomsmen suffered through misfitting tuxedos. The day of the wedding the tuxedos were late and in an effort to ease stress, I agreed to meet in the lobby to guide upstairs for the fitting we were told would happen. Do not rent your tux or suit through this company. Our tux fitting was 2 days before the wedding and when things did not fit, they either said they could not do anything about it or replaced other guy’s suits with another one that did not fit as well. They also did not communicate anything about dropping off the tuxes after the wedding. When I went to drop it off, no one was there and their phone numbers were out of service.
