I ordered a dress online in October, expecting arrival in 4-6 weeks. I never received a shipment notification, and never received the dress. I reached out to the shop multiple times with no response until January, where she said the would “reopen” in February and asked if I still needed the dress. I told her that I did not. She responded a month later asking the same question. I again said I would like to be refunded. She said the refund would take 5-10 days - this was 20 days ago and I’ve heard nothing.
Last minute- I found the perfect dress!! Their customer service was A-1! Delivery was pretty quick! About 2-3 Weeks…The dress….I almost fainted!!! I was in love! Amazing quality! All my friends were asking where I got it! Thanks to Chloe and the staff for helping me pick the best options! You guys rock!!
