Since ERCT MANAGEMENT only responds to bad reviews: I’ve been waiting on someone to repair my patio since 4/18/26. Since my move in on 2/15, corners of my patio have been/come loose due to poor structure. You guys had someone come and literally stick a piece of plywood between the boards as if that was supposed to fix something. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE - I don’t know where to start. I moved in here 02/2026 I have a one bedroom + Loft and paid my lease term for the year… Nice space, POOR MANAGEMENT. My patio collapsed not once, not twice, but 3 times and I was actually injured. They don’t care about your safety. I use a cleaning service twice a month and keep my home very clean, I just came home to a bunch of ants in my carpets and around my bed. The apartment is right next to a bus depot- Buses backup alarm rings Monday through Friday. The building has a faulty alarm system - if you have children they may be disrupted from their sleep at random, or if you work from home, your meetings may be disrupted. The building is poorly insulated. You cannot maintain a temperature without constantly running your heat or ac. Get ready to pay the piper. Walls are paper thin.
