The representative named RAJA was extremely rude and had an attitude. I was politely asking for a follow-up, but she didn't give me a clear reason or explanation — she just hung up the phone. If I hadn't tried calling again, she wouldn’t have bothered to explain, and even then, she did so sarcastically. Dropped off my scooter to have the front tire replaced. I didn’t buy the scooter there and it is a difficult tire to replace. They had to special order the tire and completed the job quickly. They charged me a very reasonable fee. The also helped me load and unload the scooter. They were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
