The mobility store is simply the best! I have used different mobility stores for different people and I will always come back to the store. These people here are the best they will help you with all of your needs. Take my word for there's nobody else in Central Florida that can take care of you like they can. When My Caucasian grandmother went in to purchase the scooter she was greeted with open arms and great customer service but when I went to pick the scooter up as a half black man it was quite the opposite experience to say the least I just can’t believe we live in a world where people still treat you differently based on the color of your skin I don’t usually deal with this kind of treatment so its just a little overwhelming to say the least

Today something happened to the lift part of our vehicle and I took it to the Mobility Van Store and I would recommend if you have any and I mean any issues with the mobility part of your vehicle please take it to them. They fixed it immediately for me. They are the type of company that will treat you like family. I can't say enough good things about this company.

We had a broken key in our scooter. They told us to come right in to help get the key out. Dustin helped out and he was amazing. He was able to get the broken key out in less than 2 minutes. In addition, he did not charge for his helped. He was able to save my dad’s trip to Disney with a working scooter.

If you have any mobility problems, this is the place to go. They are so helpful and efficient. Dustin and the team or great. I had a scooter issued they resolved and a lift problem and all is great. Thanks guys.
