Took 3 kids out and it thundered in first 15 min. No refund, no raincheck. They didn't care at all. Full price for 2 kayaks, 15 minutes of use
This was our second experience with The Mobile Kayak. After a horrendous first try at pedalboating (pedals went out on one side and we had to be rescued!), we decided to give actual kayaking a try. One of the staff members (blonde haired guy with a great accent) from last time remembered us and warmly welcomed us back. We were glad to hear that the issues with the pedalboat had been solved.
