Incredible service and expertise. My wife and I our two sons were visiting from Minneapolis and Kelly and Tim set us up with great bikes and mapped out an amazing single track ride through the venture river preserve. As a family we ride 70+ days a year and both my sons said this was their best day mountain biking ever.
The MOB Shop staff is awesome. The quality of service is top notch; they're personable, professional and pleasant. Anytime I need air or to check the air pressure in my tires they're super accommodating. When I bought a bike rack they graciously assembled it and helped me to put it on (with no extra charge). Tim, Kelly, AJ, et al are a pretty fantastic group of approachable and easy-going guys. They're always happy to answer my questions and never make me feel silly for asking them.
