Would not recommend it. We pay to access our amenities 24 hours and they lock the door at certain times. Property tanager is unprofessional, roach infested, urine on the elevators and lack of urgency to clean it up, lights went out a few times within the entire building and communication was terrible, as well as not having a clean room upon move on.
I seldom write reviews, but I felt the need after googling my college daughter's apartment complex and realized the reviews were different from my perception of the apartment. We signed our second-year lease with The Mix Apartments in July 2024. Like many student housing apartments, there are trials and tribulations to having community housing with predominantly college students. Over the last two years, we learned patience and realized we needed to give grace to the front office as hundreds of students moved in and out ove... read more
