Wow! Lee was incredible in helping us sell our home. We had to move out of state, and she quickly found a buyer, and efficiently moved us through the steps to closing. The Mita team sold our home in Rhode Island in fall 2017. Lee and Mike treated my property like a million dollar listing. They took wonderful photos including video and drone footage. They featured the home in their realtor parade of homes and hosted several open houses. We had a full price offer within 60 days. The sale of our home was not without multiple hurdles and challenges and Lee and Mike jumped them all in a timely and efficient manor. I highly recommend the Mita team as your agents.
