This gym is great! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. No Judement, just support and encouragement. They communicate very well with gym members, and there's always an event you can voluntarily take part in. We found this gym by following my daughter's boxing coach from a previous gym he was at, and it was the best decision to do so. My introverted teen feels comfortable boxing here with the same coach she started boxing with. There's a good mix in the class. A lot is offered for the monthly membership as well. The best community first physical training locations in the Bay. Never have I seen such heart & dedication from staff and members! Truly a life changing facility!

Still a 5 star experience a ~year later. Such an amazing community with knowledgeable and supportive trainers. Truly an environment of encouragement and support where all levels are accepted and celebrated.
