Since I started working at The Mission it has been a fantastic place to work and live. The residents are wonderful and the staff are great people.
This place is lovely, I love working here and the staff is amazing. Our RCC, WD, and ED are all wonderful and keep this place afloat and alive with passion!
Looking at several local communities, The Mission at Aqua Fria feels like home. From the inviting greeting as we entered the community to the caring staff to the fun activities..we had a few questions that were answered swiftly. I highly recommend this community as the food is far from cafateria quality. Fresh baked pastries and coffee are available each morning. The apartments are good size. Some of the sweetest people work here! An amazing staff who puts love and care into what they do for the residents. The best front desk ladies to greet you when you enter the building, and top notch cooks they have in the kitchen making delicious food and desserts/pastries.
I started working here about 6 months ago and absolutely love the team I work with! The support that I receive in my role from my executive director and regional support is above and beyond amazing! The wellness staff is great and they show how much they love the residents every day! The food is great and the events that we have here are so much fun and the residents are so involved! Beyond blessed to work for such a great community!
