Pool was only open from 10 to 5. To late for check out and to early for check in. Disappointed!!!

Room was not cleaned right before Checking in and then did an upgrade but safe was broken no one came to fix or shower door did not close all the way

This is my first time to rent the hotel.. but I’m glad we’re here at the mirage excellent place, very large room and comfortable bed, nice people.. I think I will highly recommend Mirage..
