Fabrizio is truly talented. He is uniquely able to blend massage, trigger point/release and stretching. I actually had a 'before and after' moment. Getting on my bike afterwards actually FELT DIFFERENT, like I was looser, lighter, biking felt BETTER. Kinda like my joints and muscles were working like they should. It was trippy to notice that difference. I'm inspired to pick up my own stretching routine and augment it regularly with his sessions. Just amazing.
My experience with Fabrizio was amazing - you do not have to go to Thailand to get a proper Thai massage. Fabrizio is the real deal. He understands both the functional body as well as the energetic body. My right hip did not have functional movement and it hurt to sleep on it. After sessions with Fabrizio, my hip pain is gone and I can sleep on it. We moved on to my neck and upper back and I did not even realize the way I was losing movement there!
